Cancellation Policy – Treasured Touch Homes LLC

At Treasured Touch Homes LLC, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. To maintain fairness and protect the resources dedicated to planning your project, we maintain the following cancellation policy.

Deposit Policy
All home improvement projects require a non-refundable deposit upon signing the contract. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers initial planning, administrative tasks, and materials procurement. In the event of a cancellation—regardless of reason—the deposit will be retained in full and is not subject to refund. We strongly encourage clients to be certain of their commitment before proceeding with scheduling and payment.

Force Majeure
Treasured Touch Homes LLC shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to extreme weather, labor shortages, material unavailability, or other unforeseen events that make it impossible or impractical to perform work as scheduled. In such cases, we will provide timely updates and work with clients to reschedule the project at the earliest possible opportunity.
